PROJETO VIABILIDADE ECONOMICA PARA IMPLANTAÇÃO DE UMA EMPRESA FILIAL NA CIDADE DE CACHOEIRA O SUL-RS

RESUMO

O presente estudo tem como finalidade avaliar se é viável ou não a implantação de uma nova empresa filial na cidade de Cachoeira do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul. Elaborado no primeiro semestre de 2016, através de uma pesquisa de caráter exploratório, e também de coletas de dados, obtidos do sistema de gestão da empresa filial situada na cidade de São Jerônimo- RS e pesquisas bibliográficas, para assim analisar se há ou não viabilidade no negócio. Foram elaboradas projeções de vendas e custos mensais e anuais, fluxo de caixa e incidência de impostos. O estudo apontou aspectos altamente favoráveis e satisfatórios aos empreendedores sobre a implementação da nova empresa. Sendo assim, recomenda-se dar prosseguimento a abertura da nova loja filial.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to assess whether it is feasible or not the implementation of a new subsidiary in the city of Cachoeira do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul. Drafted in the first half of 2016 through an exploratory research, and also collections data obtained from the subsidiary management system in the city of São Jerônimo- RS and literature searches, so as to examine whether or not there is viability in the business. sales projections were prepared and monthly and annual costs, cash flow and tax incidence. The study found highly favorable aspects and satisfactory to entrepreneurs on the implementation of the new company. Therefore, it is recommended to continue the opening of the new branch store.
